Description

Riverdrift House Counted Cross Stitch Pattern. Cross stitch pattern from Riverdrift House. This sampler is a close reproduction of a Welsh wool sampler by Catherine Jones 1866, aged 12. Ship building played a huge part in the history of Anglesey, so it's only right to have ship motifs stitched around the manor house. Along with the ship motifs, are plants & animals surrounding the home. Stitch count 297 x 205.
